Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all in-person DJ lessons, virtual DJ lessons, business coaching sessions, consulting, and other online services provided by DJ Monie. Payment Terms All services must be paid in full at the time of booking through our secure online checkout. Your booking is not confirmed until full payment has been received. No Deposit Required A deposit is not required for these services. Full payment secures your spot. Refund Policy All sales are final. Due to the nature of our services and limited availability, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Rescheduling Policy You may reschedule your session once with at least 48 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled time, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before your session may be forfeited without credit or refund. Late Arrivals & No Shows If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time. If you miss your session without prior notice, you will forfeit the booking without credit or refund. Technical Requirements (Virtual Services) You are responsible for ensuring you have a stable internet connection, working audio/video setup, and any required software prior to your session. We are not responsible for missed time due to client-side technical issues. Recording Policy Sessions may not be recorded, shared, or distributed without written consent from DJ Monie. Acceptance By booking and paying for your session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Booking Policy.
