1. Services Offered

2. Bookings, Reservations & Payments

All bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure your date and time.

Once your booking is confirmed, no refunds will be issued for deposits.

You may reschedule for another available date or apply your deposit toward another service or product.

Final payment for event services is due before the event date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payment terms for other products and services will be outlined in your contract or at checkout.

All payments must be made in full before services are rendered or products are delivered.

3. Cancellations & Refunds
Event Services

Cancellations must be made in writing.

Deposits are non-refundable.

Refunds of any remaining balance depend on the notice period stated in your contract.

Digital Products

All sales are final.

No refunds will be issued due to the nature of digital downloads.

Sharing, distribution, resale, or commercial use of any purchased file or printed work from that file is prohibited unless otherwise stated in writing.

Print-on-Demand Products

Custom-made to order and non-refundable unless defective or damaged.

Defective/damaged items must be reported within 7 days of receipt for replacement.

Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging; return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Memberships

Cancel anytime.

No refunds for partially used subscription periods.

4. Digital Product Policy
By purchasing a digital product, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only.
You may not:

Share, distribute, or resell any digital product.

Print or reproduce the product for distribution without written consent.

All digital products are the intellectual property of DJ Monie. Unauthorized use or reproduction may result in legal action.

If you experience technical issues accessing your digital product, contact bookme@djmonie.com within 7 days of purchase for assistance.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, templates, digital downloads, designs, and materials are owned by DJ Monie and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, resell, distribute, or modify our materials without written consent.

6. User Conduct
You agree not to:

Use our site or services for unlawful purposes.

Attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the website.

Share, redistribute, or commercially exploit purchased materials without permission.

Unauthorized use of our website or services may result in termination of access and potential legal action.

7. Limitation of Liability

This policy applies to all bookings, services, digital products, memberships, and print-on-demand items purchased from DJ Monie. It is designed to ensure fairness, protect our schedule, and maintain the high quality of service we provide to all clients.

1. DJ Services — Cancellations by Client

Non-Refundable Deposit: All deposits/retainers are non-refundable, regardless of cancellation date.

More than 60 days before event: No additional payment required beyond the deposit.

30–59 days before event: Client is responsible for 50% of the remaining balance.

Less than 30 days before event: Client is responsible for 100% of the remaining balance.

2. Rescheduling by Client
We understand that life happens. If you need to reschedule:

Notice Requirement: At least 30 days’ written notice must be provided.

Transfer of Deposit: Your deposit may be applied one time toward a new date within 12 months of the original event date, subject to DJ availability.

Date Change Fee: A $150 fee applies for rescheduling within 30–59 days of the event. Rescheduling within 29 days or less may be treated as a cancellation.

New Agreement: A new Event Agreement will be issued for the rescheduled date.

3. Cancellations or Rescheduling by DJ
In the rare event that DJ Monie must cancel due to illness, emergency, or other unforeseen circumstances:

Replacement DJ: We will make reasonable efforts to provide a qualified replacement DJ of equal experience.

Refund: If no suitable replacement is available, all deposits and payments will be refunded in full.

Liability: Our liability is limited to amounts paid by the Client for the cancelled event.

4. Force Majeure
Neither party is liable for cancellations or delays caused by circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, venue closures, strikes, or government restrictions. In such cases, both parties will work in good faith to reschedule the event without penalty.

5. Payment Terms

Final Payment: Due no later than 48 hours before the event.

Late Payments: A $50 late fee applies for payments not received by the due date.

No Performance Without Payment: Services will not be rendered until full payment is received.

6. Digital Products

All digital product sales are final.

No refunds will be issued due to the nature of digital downloads.

Sharing, distribution, resale, or commercial use of purchased files or printed work from those files is strictly prohibited unless otherwise stated in writing.

7. Print-on-Demand Products

All print-on-demand items are custom-made to order and are non-refundable unless defective or damaged.

If you receive a defective or damaged item, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt to arrange for a replacement.

Products must be returned in original condition and packaging; the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

8. Exceptions
If an exception is made for a return or refund (for any product or service), the item must be in its original condition and packaging. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

9. Acknowledgment
By booking a service or purchasing a product from DJ Monie, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Return, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy.
