Service Description
You know something needs to change. You may not know exactly what that change looks like yet. The Pivot Coaching Session is a focused one-on-one conversation for people navigating a shift in their career, business, brand, creative work, or professional direction. Maybe you've outgrown what you built. You're considering changing careers. You want to turn years of experience into something of your own. Your business still works, but you don't want to run it the same way anymore. Or you have several skills, interests, and ideas and can't figure out how they fit into whatever comes next. You don't have to arrive with a perfectly defined pivot. That's what we can figure out together. We can use your session to explore things like: • Career changes and professional transitions • Business or entrepreneurial pivots • Evolving an existing personal or professional brand • Making sense of seemingly unrelated skills and experience • Identifying transferable skills and opportunities • Deciding what to keep, change, simplify, or leave behind • Exploring new income or business opportunities • Repositioning yourself for a new audience or industry • Working through competing ideas or possible directions • Creating practical next steps for your next chapter This isn't about convincing you to quit your job, start a business, rebrand yourself, or blow up a life that's already working. Sometimes the answer is a major pivot. Sometimes it's a smaller adjustment. And sometimes you realize what you've already built is worth continuing, just differently. The goal is to help you see your options more clearly and make your next move with intention.
Cancellation Policy
Payment + Confirmation: Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your session. Your appointment is not confirmed until payment has been successfully received. Rescheduling: Life happens. If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. Your payment may be transferred to one new appointment when adequate notice is provided. Cancellations + Refunds: Pivot Coaching Sessions are non-refundable. If you can no longer attend, you may reschedule according to the policy above. Missed appointments and cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session are not eligible for a refund or credit. Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time and ready to begin. If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late without prior communication may be considered a missed appointment. Come Prepared: You do not need to have your pivot figured out before we meet. That's why we're talking. However, completing the booking questions thoughtfully will help me understand what you're navigating so we can make the best use of our time. Scope of Coaching: Pivot Coaching is designed to provide perspective, strategic guidance, thought partnership, and support as you navigate career, business, brand, or professional transitions. Coaching does not guarantee a specific business, financial, employment, or personal outcome and should not be considered legal, financial, medical, or mental health advice. Confidentiality: What you share during your session will be treated with care and discretion. I will not publicly share details of our conversation, business, or personal circumstances without your permission, except where disclosure may be required by law. Recording: Sessions may not be recorded by either party without mutual consent. By booking your session, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to these policies.
